Adams Dental Consulting is a proud sponsor of the Northeastern & Central California and Northern Nevada Chapter of Make-A-Wish.
Make-A-Wish helps grant wishes to kids who have been diagnosed with serious illness across the U.S., and it is supported by donations. Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) crisis, Make-A-Wish has been forced to postpone some 70 percent of wishes nationwide due to travel restrictions and social distancing requirements. The organization typically grants nearly 16,000 wishes per year.
As an honorary board member of the Northeastern & Central California and Northern Nevada Chapter, ADC’s President, Ashlee Adams, is encouraging anyone who is able to donate to the organization to do so. The chapter has been forced to pause 150 of its planned 200 wishes over the next several months. If you have a local chapter near you, please consider donating to that organization.
Additionally, there are ways you can still help and uplift the spirits of the children who have had their wishes put on hold. For several ways, click here.
