HIPAA & OSHA Compliance Training (CE)

We come to your practice to provide an interactive presentation that encourages your team to engage and ask questions. Our training is custom to your practice and California/Federal law.

OSHA Review: OSHA Certified and Recognized by the CA Dental Board to provide CE (Upon Approval):
•  In-Office Training - Bloodborne Pathogen (identification, prevention, treatment, PPE, etc), Ergo assessments
•  Mock Inspections - Inspection of the dental office's safe working conditions including, but not limited to, review record keeping, eye wash stations, labs, fire extinguisher locations/charged, ER exits, evacuation plans, first aid kits availability and contents, exposure control plans and sharps containers
•  Compliance Audit - Verifying Hep B vaccine and follow-up immunity has been offered within appropriate time frame and is documented (or declination on file), review posters and hazard communication standards
•  Consulting - Assist with OSHA questions, protocol, OSHA manual/record keeping set-up and templates


Behavioral and Motivator Certified Assessments

Each of our consultants are Certified Behavior Consultants through TTI Success Insights. We administer and assess your team’s DISC® profiles to help the team work and communicate effectively. Differences are not intended to separate or alienate us from each other. We are different in order to realize our need of one another.
